Terms & Conditions


Thanks for booking onto a Samba Sports club. Please find the terms & conditions to all our programmes below.

All children who attend our clubs must:

  • Wear suitable footwear/clothing
  • No jewellery.
  • Long hair tied back.
  • Follow a zero bullying policy.

All parents must:

  • Give full medical details when booking onto a class.
  • Double check photo consent.
  • Arrive on time to collect your child.

After School Clubs:

  • If your child walks home from an after school club, it is the parents responsibility to confirm with the School/Samba Sports that your child is ok to walk home.
  • If the School cancels a parent pay club due to bad weather, strike action or any reason where Samba are not at fault, then Samba will not offer a refund or credit note.
  • If Samba Sports cancel a session (we pride ourselves on our consistency and 5* service) then a full refund or credit note will be given.

Samba Tots & Football Development:

  • If you change your card details and your payment fails. It is the parent's responsibility to amend your card details and update your direct debit. If you need support please email info@sambasportscoaching.co.uk
  • Samba tots and football development monthly subscription is based on 4 sessions per month. In some months there are 5 sessions. This accounts for cancelations E.G snow days or bank holiday weekends. A refund/credit note will be given where there are more cancelations (More than 4 cancelations)
  • If you decide to leave Samba Tots then please email info@sambasportscoaching.co.uk to cancel. Please double check with your bank to make sure payment hasn't been taken. 

Holiday Clubs:

  • Due to the facility booking times, please do not drop your child off early or pick up late. We do have early drop off and late pick up available at an additional cost.
  • Samba Sports have a zero bullying policy. If this occurs during our holiday club then parents will be asked to collect their child and no refund will be given. During our 5 years of delivering holiday clubs, we have never had any serious bullying at our holiday clubs and we hope to maintain our positive environment at our holiday clubs.
  • Please note, once you have made your booking, Samba do not offer refunds. This is because the facility costs and staffing ratios are taken into account once your booking has been made.
